- VA personnel
- Community members and organizations
- Policy makers and program professionals
...who want to assist unhoused Native American Veterans.
In this Toolkit, you will find:
- Facts about Native American Veterans - the most rural of Veterans - and their military service
- Culture, history, and Tribal context of housing for Native American Veterans
- Links to resources, programs, and contact information that can assist unhoused Native American Veterans

Veteran homelessness has declined over the last decade. Native American Veterans are still over-represented. What needs to change? This Toolkit includes recommendations for policy and program improvements. Creative changes may better assist unhoused Native American Veterans, especially for those living on or near Tribal lands. |
